Green Goddess Turkey Burgers

Turkey burgers don’t have to be boring. You will be surprised at the layers of flavor in these little cuties.  Delicious, nutritious, and easy to make. Serve with a salad for a quick meal!

1½ lb ground turkey

 ⅓ cup finely chopped basil

⅓ cup finely chopped parsley

1 tsp salt

½ tsp ground black pepper

⅓ cup mayonnaise

4 hamburger buns, split and toasted

In a bowl, using a fork, gently mix the turkey, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise. Form the mixture into patties. Grill or pan fry over medium heat until cooked through, about 8 minutes. Transfer to toasted buns and serve.
