Watermelon and Feta Salad

How do you beat the heat? Why not make this salad in seconds flat! There is really something so spectacular about cold watermelon on a hot summer day. Combine that sweet flavor with creamy feta and tangy balsamic for the most refreshing taste ever. Enjoy!

6 cups cubed seedless watermelon

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

3 tbsp balsamic vinegar or glaze

2 tbsp chopped fresh mint

½ tsp sea salt

Place watermelon in a large serving bowl.

Evenly distribute feta. Drizzle vinegar/glaze over the top. Sprinkle with mint and sea salt. Serve.
