What Patients Have To Say About Starling Primary Care
February 7, 2022We recently surveyed over 1000 patients of our primary care providers (PCPs). Over 60% had been with their Starling PCP for over 6 years.
Here is what else we heard:
- 88% of respondents said they sought their PCP’s help in navigating Specialty Care
- Those who did not request help from PCP regarding specialty care did not have a need for a referral or already had specialist(s)
- 89% of patients were aware that through their PCP, they could access our FollowMyHealth patient portal
- 81% of patients were made aware by their PCP of the benefits of receiving coordinated care across all major specialties within Starling
