Making Your Health Our #1 Priority
September 17, 2018I wanted to provide some feedback about the wonderful care I have received at Starling OB/GYN. This morning I received a call that the technician for my ultrasound was out of the office, and the woman on the phone worked with me to find another appointment that would fit in my schedule. I feel like a lot of other doctor’s offices would have just canceled, especially since I’m scheduled for two ultrasounds a week and have another one on Thursday, but this wasn’t an option for her. She was determined to fit me into an appointment, and she did.
It’s so refreshing and comforting to feel like I’m well cared for. This is my first pregnancy and I am high risk, but the care I’ve received from the office staff, techs, nurses, and physicians have made what I thought would be a stressful nine months into a cake walk. They have made me feel like my health is a priority for them, and I am so appreciative of that.
I’m due in a couple of weeks and honestly, I will miss the interactions with the staff at Starling. Thank you for a wonderful 8 and a half months. Keep doing what you’re doing 🙂
