After a patient has a comprehensive physical, we always send them a written report that reviews and explains the most pertinent results. Patients look forward to this and often save them from year to year. Now with the portal, we should be able to do this electronically for patients who desire it in this format.
Whether on this site or somewhere else I think it might be nice to design some patient handouts about common issues—ie lowering cholesterol, managing glucose or HTN etc. that have the Starling name and logo on them . Would service education and brand recognition purposes.
Right now at GH branch most of us use generic handouts.
