    What are some of the practices and policies that you have implemented that allow your specialty to deliver healthcare the way it should be?

    After a patient has a comprehensive physical, we always send them a written report that reviews and explains the most pertinent results. Patients look forward to this and often save them from year to year. Now with the portal, we should be able to do this electronically for patients who desire it in this format.
