Dr. Allen Kallor Announces his Upcoming Retirement
March 1, 2021Dermatologist Dr. Allen Kallor has announced that he will retire from active practice as of May 26, 2021. He shares, “It has been my great good fortune to practice dermatology for more than four decades and a privilege to provide care for you and your families. It has been my pleasure and honor to meet so many wonderful people and share stories about our families and life events. I look forward to sharing life’s adventures in this next phase with my wife and family.”
His last day to see patients will be May 19, 2021. Any scheduled appointments after that date will be cancelled. Regrettably, as Starling Physicians has not found a dermatologist to take over his practice at this time, he encourages patients to find another dermatologist, by May 19th, to provide dermatological care and fill prescriptions. Unfortunately, the remaining providers in the Starling office are unable to accommodate his patients as their panels are full.
With written authorization, the office will copy and mail a patient medical record to a new dermatologist, or home address. Patients need to complete the attached release form and send to our office at:
