Carly Radcliffe, PA-C, always knew she wanted to pursue a career in healthcare to make a positive impact on people’s lives, leading her to study at Quinnipiac University. There, she earned a bachelor’s degree in health science studies in 2019. She continued her education at the same university, earning her master’s degree in health science studies in 2021.

Carly has spent the past four years working in critical care at Hartford Hospital. She has cared for critically ill adult patients, using advanced technologies and life support methods. Now, she looks forward to using her skills and knowledge learned in her prior role to help patients in oncology.

Carly believes in treating each patient with compassion, patience, and respect. She says, “I treat each patient the same way I would want my own loved ones to be treated.” She makes sure all of her patient’s concerns are addressed and works with them to create shared treatment plans and answers all their questions to their satisfaction.

When she is not working, Carly loves to travel and spend time with her friends and family. In the past year alone, she has visited five different countries and seven different states.
