A new year is the perfect time to focus on your health. Starling Physicians is here for you with over 250 providers, 27 specialties, and dozens of locations.
Here is some advice to get the new year off to a good start…
Find a trusted primary care provider (PCP)
PCPs are vital to your health. They provide annual visits, treat illness, manage chronic health conditions, conduct screenings, identify risk factors, and promote healthy lifestyle.

If you have not gotten the COVID vaccine, don’t wait any longer. Those who are not vaccinated are 20 times more likely to suffer a COVID-19-associated death and 13 times more likely to test positive than people who were fully vaccinated. Make sure to get your booster, too!
