Dr. Young Jay Kwak is originally from Ohio and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Akron. He pursued his Doctor of Medicine at the Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, Ohio. He then went on to complete an internship at St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers in New York and a residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He joins us from Northeast Medical Group at Yale-New Haven where he spent the last few years as a Hospitalist in the Intensive Care and Step Down unit. Dr. Kwak provides a full spectrum of primary care services including physicals, treatment of chronic diseases, preventive screening, and healthy lifestyle promotion.
