Nazli Morel, DO, is a member of Starling’s pediatric team and is a native of Avon, Connecticut. She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut and her medical degree from the Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine before completing her pediatric residency at Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Dr. Morel is committed to enhancing children’s health and well-being through evidence-based care and meaningful community involvement. Her clinical interests include newborn and infant care, obesity prevention, and children with asthma. With a passion for preventive medicine and a focus on holistic, patient-centered care, Dr. Morel tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of every child and family she serves. 

Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Morel actively contributes to her community by engaging in projects that enhance diversity in pediatric care and advocating for childhood literacy. She also brings an academic perspective, having contributed to multiple research presentations and publications throughout her training, addressing critical topics in pediatrics.

When she’s not caring for her patients, Dr. Morel enjoys traveling, being outside, and spending time with her family.
