Michele Bowdy, MD, is a member of the Family Medicine team. With a passion for helping people stay healthy and a love for science, she found her calling in medicine. Dr. Bowdy focuses on treating the whole person, not just the symptoms they present with.

Dr. Bowdy believes in listening to her patients and working with them to achieve their healthcare goals. She says, “I find that understanding my patients and their needs is the best way to help them. It’s all about working together.”

During a patient visit, Dr. Bowdy focuses on what her patients need most. She enjoys the challenges that come with her work and finds satisfaction in helping people feel better.

Outside of work, Dr. Bowdy is a busy mom of two. She enjoys the arts, follows college basketball, loves hikes in the fall, and appreciates the beauty of fresh fallen snow. She is also passionate about serving the underserved and continues to find different ways to fulfill this mission.
