Lavina Gagnon is a nationally certified physician assistant, practicing since 2006. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Connecticut as an Honors Scholar before earning her Master of Health Sciences at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT. Lavina is a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants and is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants. Prior to joining our internal medicine team in 2012, Lavina spent over 4 years in interventional cardiology at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, NY. She enjoys staying active and spending time with her husband and two children.
