Updates to Grove Hill Phone Systems
The Shore Tel phone systems implementation is moving along. Our first go-live was ENT in May. The second implementation was on June 8thin Integrative Pain Management, OB, IM and Pediatrics in Newington. Both implementations were a big success.
How does this impact you?
- If you are calling a department that is “live” on the Shore Tel phone system, please use the Shore Tel directory.
- If you are calling a GH department that remains on the legacy phone system, please continue to us the same number you always have.
We are on track to complete the roll out of Shore Tel to all Grove Hill branch departments by October 31st, at which time all of Starling will be on the same system. We will communicate each roll out through your Practice Manager so that you are kept informed as to who is on which system.
