Dr. Raphael M. Cooper, Urologist, to join Starling Physicians

I am happy to announce that Dr. Raphael M. Cooper has signed a letter of intent to join Starling and our Urology Department this summer. Dr. Cooper has been in private practice in the New Britain/Berlin community for decades and is well respected by patients and colleagues alike.  

Dr. Cooper will be moving his practice from his Berlin office and practicing at One Lake Street and possibly other Starling offices on a session space basis.

This is a great addition to Starling.
