Starling Population Health Proposal – 2017

In 2017, Starling will begin applying the value-based infrastructure payments we receive through some of our health plan contracts to improve Starling’s performance in those value-based agreements. Our objective will be earning access to the savings we are generating for the health plans by delivering high quality, cost-effective care.
