June 20, 2017I cannot let the day go by without expressing my gratitude to Dr. Pepperman and his medical assistant, Rachel Repaci. The level of care they provided was terrific and Rachel – what can I say – she’s awesome. At my request, Rachel spoke to the doctor on his day off to see if he would authorize an MRI referral, which he did. Rachel sent the referral to Bradley Hospital and my mom is now scheduled for an MRI. Rachel is a great asset to Starling Physicians and has all the traits of a great mentor. Easy to do business with, responsive, demonstrates integrity, empathy, professionalism, and has great follow-up. On behalf of my parents and our entire family – thank you!
