On behalf of my family, I wanted to say thank you to Dr. Georgievskiy for your compassionate care of my mother. She was briefly inpatient on the oncology floor of Hartford Hospital, was transferred to a hospice unit at Middlesex, and ultimately passed away.
We definitely appreciated the care you provided. You were the first hospitalist to treat my mom as a person, rather than just any old patient on whom you had to round. You also comforted us in our decision and showed great concern. We appreciated that. Thank you for the compassion you demonstrated and best wishes to you.
