January 22: Update on Technical Issues

We are experiencing technical issues impacting our phone system, our electronic health records (EHR) systems, the patient portal, and our scheduling tools, which have required some offices to reschedule patients. As a result of these issues, you may have had difficulty reaching our offices. We have no indication at this time that records in the EHR have been viewed or removed. We know this is an inconvenience for our patients and has resulted in some frustration. Our phones are now working although there may still be intermittent issues. If you cannot directly reach an office, your call will be handled by our on-call service which will send a message to your provider’s office, who can then return your call. As of January 22nd, all offices are open with the exception of New Britain Neurology. We will continue to share updates on our website and Facebook page and keep you abreast of any issues.
